Graeme is regularly instructed by both the prosecution and defence solicitors in all major areas of criminal law.
His experience encompasses cases involving: Rape, Serious Violence, Child Abuse, Drug Trafficking offences, Conspiracy, Firearms Offences and Explosives, Public Interest Immunity and Courts Martial.
He has strong advocacy experience in the Crown Court, Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal.
Recent or significant cases:
R v Livingstone & Others - represented one of the defendants in a significant drugs conspiracy. The case lasted nine months and involved novel and complicated issues of law.
