Introduction
Patricia has a strong background in all areas of family law and is instructed to act on behalf of public institutions and private individuals.
She has extensive experience in public and private law cases at all levels. She regularly receives instructions to represent children, as well as adults, in care proceedings, parents in private law disputes and the local authority.
Her expertise extends to every aspect of relationship breakdown including financial provision for spouses, children and co-habitees.
Patricia regularly appears in the Family Proceedings Court, County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.
