Introduction
Joanne has extensive experience in all major areas of criminal law and has been involved in some lengthy and complex legal cases.
She has been heavily involved in lengthy investigations for the prosecution in areas such as institutionalised child abuse and fraud and, therefore, has an in-depth knowledge of disclosure issues.
Her experience, however, extends to charges of Rape and Serious Sexual Offences, Serious Violent Offences, Conspiracy issues, Child Abuse, Drugs Trafficking, financial confiscation hearings and Public Interest Immunity.
Joanne regularly appears in the Crown Court and the Court of Appeal.
