Introduction

In May 2002 Stuart joined the Bar following a long career as a criminal solicitor and a Prosecution Team Leader for the CPS. He was also a trainer for the CPS on a national and local basis and benefits from extensive experience of the legal system at all levels. Stuart has spent over 25 years in the law. He was a fully qualified solicitor and worked for the CPS before being called to the Bar in 2002.

Stuart regularly appears in the Magistrates' and the Crown Courts representing both the prosecution and defence. He has conducted a large number of trials in both courts and gained experience of cases involving a wife range of issues including Murder, Sexual and Violent Offences, Drugs and Dishonesty.
