Introduction

Prior to coming to the Bar in 2002 Gill practiced as a Child Psychologist, she is able to successfully draw on this experience and use it to great advantage for the benefit of her clients. Gill has an established practice dealing with Public and Private Family Law matters and enjoys regular repeat instructions from local solicitors. Gill appears in matters listed in the Family Proceedings Court, County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal.

Gill joined Fountain Chambers in 2002 following her decision to change career. Having previously practised as a Clinical Psychologist she naturally progressed her specialism in family law and now has established practice in this field. Her background is of particular benefit when dealing with Public Law Children matters, especially where expert witnesses are involved, and she regularly receives instructions from local solicitors.

She also undertakes other family law work commensurate with her year of call and has extensive experience in domestic violence cases as well as private law children matters.

Gill regularly appears in the Family Proceedings and County Court.
