Introduction

Helen regularly receives instructions to represent children, adults and local authorities in care proceedings and parents in private law disputes. Helen has received instructions through the Official Solicitor and also has experience in dealing with High Court Declarations of Best Interests.
Helen has strong advocacy experience in the Family Proceedings Court, County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal, and has represented clients in mediations.
