Introduction

Ben has a flourishing housing practice and undertakes work in all aspects of housing law including applications under TOLATA. He has recent experience of cases in the High Court and the Court of Appeal. Ben is also available to conduct workshops and seminars on housing law.

Ben has excellent knowledge of Injunction and Possession cases involving Anti-Social Behaviour. He acted in the case of Wear Valley District Council v John Robson [2008] EWCA Civ 1470 where the Court of Appeal examined sentencing and the use of multiple-anonymous hearsay evidence in proving a breach of Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions.
